Career Opportunity | Assistant Service Coordinator

OlympiaTech Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Service Coordinator to join our quickly growing electrical service department.

General Responsibilities:

  • Service Work Order Management:
  • Receive and log service requests from various sources (phone, email, online portal).
  • Gather and document relevant information from customers, including service issue details, location, and contact information.
  • Assist in prioritizing service requests based on urgency, customer needs, and technician availability.
  • Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, dispatches, and customer interactions.
  • Update service tickets and customer records in the company’s system.
  • Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
  • Other Duties:
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing work orders, ordering supplies, or processing invoices.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve service dispatch processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing the company effectively to customers and technicians.

Experience Requirements:

  •  High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Electrical industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

 Compensation Package
