Värde Partners Moves Into New HQ at AT&T Tower

Värde Partners is enjoying its new headquarters in downtown Minneapolis after moving from its suburban-office space in Bloomington. It’s swanky new office occupies 36,461-square feet on two high-rise floors in the AT&T Tower connected by an interior staircase for easy access between floors. The open-concept floor plan features workspace for 170 locally-based employees, a central area with a kitchen equipped, booths and chairs with attachable mini-desks which provide collaboration opportunities. The office has conference rooms equipped with full video-conferencing capability and “huddle rooms” which employees can use for private business calls.
