FireLake Unveils New Concept Following Renovation

FireLake Grill House and Cocktail Bar was also completely renovated as part of the conversion of the Radisson Plaza Hotel to a Radisson Blu flag. Complementing the farm-to-table cuisine and bringing to life the local mission of FireLake, the restaurant features reclaimed wood from Minnesota barns, rustic lighting, and a color palette that sets the tone for a chic, modern, and comfortable experience.
