26-Story High-Rise Mixed-Use Tower Rises Above U of M Campus

The Hub On Campus Minneapolis is a 26-story, high-rise, mixed-used tower on the University of Minnesota campus. The building is the tallest property on campus and has 407 residential housing units and 707 beds. There is 10,658 square feet of retail space on the ground-level and 200 enclosed parking spaces.

Building amenities include a game room and indoor/outdoor lounge with spa and fire pit, resort-style rooftop entertainment deck with a pool, spa, and cabanas, fitness center and yoga studio, bike storage and bike wash, and private and group conference rooms.
