The Standard at Dinkytown

Located in the heart of Dinkytown near the University of Minnesota, The Standard is a 17-story, mixed-use student housing community featuring 307 residential units and a wide range of premium amenities, including a rooftop pool, fitness center, study lounges, resident clubroom, courtyard, and collaborative community spaces.

OlympiaTech Electric completed the full electrical installation for the project, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. Working closely with the project team, we delivered reliable electrical infrastructure that supports modern student living while meeting the highest standards for quality, safety, and performance.
