The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)  moved into a new 244,561 square foot space at Norman Point II in Bloomington, MN. GSA is the agency that manages the government’s real estate portfolio. Norman Point II is a 322,000-square-foot LEED-certified building developed by Duke Realty in 2007.
