Xcel Energy’s Amarillo headquarters is located one block west of Amarillo City Hall on South Buchanan Street. The 120,000 square foot, seven-story building features 5,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. The building was designed as a LEED development. The building contains an architectural precast and glass exterior with interior LED lighting, energy efficient HVAC systems, and structured parking.
