Tanya serves as the Operations Manager at OlympiaTech Electric, where she provides strategic leadership and oversees the company’s day-to-day operations. In this role, she ensures that challenges are addressed promptly, and clients and co-workers receive the highest level of service.
With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a hands-on perspective to her leadership. Her career began in the family’s residential electrical business, where she gained valuable hands-on experience alongside her father. These early experiences instilled the problem-solving skills and strong work ethic that continues to shape her professional approach.
Beyond her role at OlympiaTech, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, spending time on the water boating, and being with her family.
