OlympiaTech is putting the finishing touches on the 270 Hennepin, 22-story, mixed use tower in downtown Minneapolis.

Approximately 260,000 square feet of residential units comprise more than half of the tower’s 480,000 gross square feet, with 20,000 square feet of lobby and retail space on the first floor, and additional parking integrated at levels 2 and 3 totaling 330 stalls. More than 650 bike storage units located adjacent to parking stalls encourage a clean transportation option for downtown living. Level 19 features an indoor swimming pool, outdoor terrace with spa, and other amenities including fitness and yoga rooms.

OlympiaTech is the electrical contractor for the project and is proud to partner with Weis Builders, CA Ventures, Harlem Irving, Tushie Montgomery Architects, and the rest of the project team.
