Today, we’re taking a trip down memory lane to highlight three distinct multi-family, high-rise projects we’ve had the privilege to work on in Minneapolis.

The Hub on Campus Minneapolis:
Completed in 2018, The Hub on Campus Minneapolis is a 26-story, high-rise, mixed-use tower on the University of Minnesota campus.

The Fieldhouse Dinkytown:
In 2019, we completed The Fieldhouse Dinkytown, a modern 12-story, student housing tower located near the University of Minnesota campus in Dinkytown.

270 Hennepin:
The 270 Hennepin project, completed in 2021, is a 22-story, mixed-use apartment tower located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis.
