WIN-TC Hosts Panel Discussion on Advancing Diversity and Inclusion in Construction

Women-in-NECA Twin Cities (WIN-TC) founder and OlympiaTech CEO Seaen Kosmides, along with the rest of the WIN-TC chapter, hosted a virtual panel discussion on advancing inclusion and diversity in the construction industry. The event was planned in conjunction with Women in Construction Week 2021 which is organized by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).

The discussion was moderated by Christa Seaberg, corporate EEO officer at Lunda Construction and panelists represented local organizations that work to advance diversity and inclusion in the industry by providing opportunities and pathways into the trades.
