Work is well underway on the “POP22” integrated parking ramp and office project at the Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare campus in St. Paul, MN.
Upon completion, the project will feature a new 500 vehicle mixed-use parking facility topped with 26,000 SF of office space, a drop-off area, welcome center, and healing garden.
